The Apex Bunkers LLC ("Apex," "we") treats discretion as part of the product. This policy explains what we collect through theapexbunkers.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
Information you submit through our assessment form: name, email, phone, city or ZIP, site type, model and timeline interest, financing interest, contractor status, and any notes. We collect a full property address only after an NDA is in place. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate, and our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare your feasibility report, and, if you ask, introduce you to a financing partner or a vetted installer. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run our business (website hosting, form processing, email, analytics) and, with your permission, a lender or installer you ask to be introduced to. We may disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain ordinary business records, and we delete it on request.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may request to know, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email TheApexBunkers@gmail.com.
