> The Apex Bunkers LLC designs and fabricates American-made steel underground bunkers for homeowners, with a focus on Southern California. Apex engineers, fabricates, and delivers each unit; the buyer's own licensed contractor (or an NDA-bound installer Apex refers) handles excavation and installation. Founded 2025.

## Models (base price; excavation, installation, and permits are extra)
- Sentinel: $178,000. 2–4 occupants, 200 sq ft. NBC air filtration, solar + battery power, 30-day self-sufficiency. 60–75 day build.
- Fortress: $298,000. 4–8 occupants, 400 sq ft. NBC + HEPA filtration, EMP Faraday shielding, airlock decon room, 90-day self-sufficiency. 75–90 day build.
- Citadel: $498,000. 8–20 occupants, 800 sq ft. Concrete-encased shell, CBRN + gamma shielding, EMP shielding, medical bay, 1-year self-sufficiency. 90–120 day build.

## How buying works
- Start with a free, confidential property assessment; a written feasibility report follows within 72 hours.
- NDA signed before any site visit; the full property address is collected only after the NDA.
- "Drop-and-Go" delivery on unmarked transport, with a Contractor Handoff Package: PE-stamped drawings, excavation and pad spec, crane rigging plan, utility schedule, jurisdiction-specific permit packet.
- Financing available through independent third-party lenders. Apex is not a lender.
- Service focus: Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties. Other areas quoted case by case.
